Walk through a service before requesting a demo

From assignment to draft
1. Prepare
The order identifies the site, scope and person responsible. The roster shows who is planned, and instructions explain specific requirements. Check what is shared and what requires action.
2. Perform
The team consults the context and completes a work report or patrol. Test an issue and review the device and connection.
3. Review
The supervisor checks evidence and outstanding items. Not every record is automatically considered correct. Define who corrects and approves.
4. Prepare financial management
A completed order or approved, billable work reports allow a draft to be generated with an action and permissions. Administration reviews before issuing; this does not imply automatic payment.
What to ask for in a demonstration
A complete case with different roles, an exception and a final output. The session should clarify what is active, what needs configuration and what is outside scope.
