Data you enter

The form requests your first name, last name, email, company and team size. Sector and a description of your needs are optional. When you arrive from an offer, the chosen context is retained, such as plan, capacity, cycle or reason. Avoid including health data, identity documents, passwords or other people's information.

Purpose of the request

The data allows us to respond to your enquiry and prepare a conversation, demonstration, proposal or assisted setup. The form does not include an advertising subscription. The privacy checkbox confirms that this information has been read; it does not constitute general authorisation for other uses.

Basis for processing

We process proposal or subscription requests to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Professional enquiries and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in maintaining professional relationships and protecting the service, while respecting individual rights.

Submission and technical services

Your enquiry is delivered to the Qubria team through Netlify, Supabase and Resend, which provide hosting, processing and email services. Your IP address is processed to prevent abuse. Form content is delivered by email and is not added to the application’s customer tables. You can request information about these providers and safeguards for international transfers at info@qubria.app.

Retention

We will retain your data while needed to handle and follow up your enquiry. Afterwards, retention will be limited to periods required for legal obligations or potential liabilities. You may request erasure where applicable; submitting the form does not subscribe you to advertising.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by writing to info@qubria.app or the controller’s address. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.

Decisions and tracking

The form lets you request a sales conversation. It does not make automated subscription decisions or score leads. This website version does not include advertising or behavioural analytics tools.
