This policy covers the commercial website. Processing within the subscribed service is governed by its contractual documentation.

Data you enter

The form asks for first name, surname, email, company and team size. Sector and a description of your need are optional. If you arrive from an offer, the chosen context is kept, such as plan, quota, billing cycle or reason. Avoid including health data, identity documents, passwords or information about other people. The small business diagnostic also sends your multiple-choice answers (size, sector, tasks, estimated hours and cost per hour), your phone number if you provide it, and your choice about the Meta pixel, as a record of your consent.

Purpose of the request

The data allows us to respond to your enquiry and prepare a conversation, demonstration, proposal or assisted setup. The form does not include an advertising subscription. The privacy checkbox confirms that this information has been read; it does not constitute general authorisation for other uses.

Basis for processing

We process proposal or subscription requests to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Professional enquiries and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in maintaining professional relationships and protecting the service, while respecting individual rights.

Submission and technical services

Your enquiry is delivered to the Qubria team through Netlify, Supabase and Resend, which provide hosting, processing and email services. Your IP address is processed to prevent abuse. Form content is delivered by email and is not added to the application’s customer tables. You can request information about these providers and safeguards for international transfers at info@qubria.app.

Audience measurement with Google Analytics

If you accept it in the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 records visits to this website in aggregate: pages viewed, traffic source, interactions such as scrolling, downloads or form submissions, and technical data about the browser and device, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. The controller is Economía y Diplomacia, S.A.; Google Ireland Ltd. acts as processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from «Cookie settings» at the bottom of every page. Google Analytics does not store your IP address or use this data to personalise ads, and data linked to each browser is kept for two months. Google may transfer data to Google LLC (United States), which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not send your contact details or the content of forms to Google Analytics.

Campaign measurement with Meta

On the small business diagnostic page, and only if you accept it, the Meta pixel records visits and submissions to measure our campaigns. For that collection and transmission, Economía y Diplomacia, S.A. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. are joint controllers (Article 26 GDPR); subsequent processing is carried out by Meta as controller under its own data policy. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from «Cookie settings» on that page. Meta may transfer data to Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States), which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not send your answers or contact details to Meta.

Retention

We will retain your data while needed to handle and follow up your enquiry. Afterwards, retention will be limited to periods required for legal obligations or potential liabilities. You may request erasure where applicable; submitting the form does not subscribe you to advertising.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by writing to info@qubria.app, to the Data Protection Officer (dpd@eydcompany.com) or to the controller’s address. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.

Decisions and tracking

The form lets you request a sales conversation. It does not automatically decide whether you can sign up and does not include commercial scoring. Audience measurement with Google Analytics and the Meta pixel described in this policy are only activated with your consent.
