Working time records: organise the data and its review

Useful management starts with recording working time and resolving issues. Distinguish the recording obligation from the features of your chosen software.

Framework, scope and application

What the general framework establishes

Article 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute provides for a daily record with start and end times, retention for four years and availability to employees, their representatives and the Labour Inspectorate.

What to review in your organisation

Document the procedure, responsibilities and correction of issues. Check with your advisers which rules apply to each group and working arrangement.

What to assess in Qubria

Review clocking, issues, permissions and available outputs in a demonstration. Configuring a tool is part of the process; it does not replace the company's organisational decisions.
