Applicable information
Public website and application
The commercial website lets you browse information without signing in. The customer application uses its own session and security mechanisms, described in the service information.
Audience measurement: Google Analytics, only with your permission
If you accept it in the cookie notice, the website loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand, in aggregate, how many visits it receives, which sources they come from and which pages are viewed. It sets the _ga and _ga_DPWSGRNE55 cookies, for up to 12 months. It is configured without Google signals, without ad personalisation and without detailed location or device data; each page address is sent without its parameters, except campaign parameters (utm), and data linked to each browser is kept for two months. If you reject it, nothing from Google Analytics is loaded and those cookies are deleted. You can change your choice at any time from «Cookie settings» at the bottom of every page; your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months.
Advertising: Meta pixel, only with your permission
On the diagnostic page for small businesses, and only if you accept it in the notice shown there, the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) is activated to measure which ads generate visits and requests. It sets the _fbp cookie and, if you arrive from an ad, the _fbc cookie, for up to 90 days; if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may also use its fr cookie (facebook.com domain, 90 days). If you reject it, nothing from Meta is loaded. Your diagnostic answers and contact details are not sent to Meta or stored in the browser's local storage. Qubria and Meta are joint controllers for the collection and transmission of this data; Meta is responsible for its subsequent processing under its own privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time from «Cookie settings» on that same page; your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months.
Necessary functions
Website scripts allow navigation to open, prices to be checked and the form to be processed. Fonts are served from the website itself. Links preserve the chosen commercial context through address parameters. These parameters must not be used to enter personal data.
Changes in technologies
If technologies requiring consent are introduced, their purposes, providers and duration must be disclosed, and the relevant choice must be enabled before activation. The policy must be updated to reflect what is actually installed.
Control from your browser
You can inspect and delete site data in your browser settings. Access to the customer application and external services is subject to their own technologies and policies.
