Reference commercial terms
Summary of the plans and request process. The proposal and contract must identify the provider and specify applicable terms before setup.

Applicable information
Offer for businesses and professionals
Qubria offers two plans: Autónomo, for one managed person, and Business, from two people. Eight areas organise the product presentation. The scope of each plan is agreed in the commercial proposal.
Managed people and access
Capacity corresponds to the active people managed by the organisation, even if they do not have an account. Access within the capacity does not add a per-login charge. Permissions and configuration define which features each role can use.
Price and taxes
Pricing, applicable taxes and service scope will be detailed in the proposal before subscription. Requesting information or a demo does not accept an offer or make a payment.
Cycle and capacity changes
Payment cycles and terms for increasing or reducing capacity will be specified in the proposal and agreed subscription terms.
Demonstration and assisted trial
The request allows needs to be reviewed and a demonstration or assisted 14-day trial to be coordinated. Submitting the form does not immediately create an account or incur a charge. Setup scope and terms must be communicated before starting.
Implementation, support and integrations
Migration, training, assistance, integrations and support terms are specified in the proposal. Including a module does not mean a commitment to unlimited adaptation, a universal implementation timeframe or a specific service level.
Pre-contract documentation
Contracting requires identifying the provider and agreeing scope, payment, renewal, cancellation, data processing and service exit. This summary does not set liability clauses, jurisdiction or obligations that have not yet been validated for the final contract.
