Rosters: prepare coverage and manage changes
For planners and supervisors coordinating people in shift-based services.

Coverage requirements
Identify the service, dates, times and availability. Agree who prepares and changes the plan.

Manage an absence with context
When availability changes, the planner reviews alternatives and updates the authorised assignment. The resulting plan retains a reference to check who is scheduled for each shift.

The process and its conditions
The plan does not prove the work was done
The roster plans; working time records and work reports describe delivery. Review how they relate before assuming automatic agreement.
Employment rules
Collective agreements, rest periods and job requirements need interpretation and configuration. Ask for a demonstration of the restrictions you need.
